The Garden & Field
The barn, garden and field stand on a plot of 9361 square metres. Laid mainly to lawn, the space is pretty with mature trees and lovely views over the surrounding fields. The garden would be the perfect place for a large family, to grow a variety of fruit and vegetables, to keep pets happy and active or alternatively, to house a future swimming pool.
There are two main gravelled seating areas in the garden. The first being at the back of the property accessed directly from the master bedroom and bedroom two. This makes the perfect area for morning coffee or evening enjoyment.
The second seating area is to the right-hand side of the barn. This gated gravelled dining area is flanked by cottage wildflowers and also enjoys views over the neighbouring fields. It is perfect for shade lovers and is particularly enjoyable on very hot summer days.
There is also access to the garden from the boot room at the back of the property. This is ideal for muddy boots or paws, not to mention direct access to the washing line!
The field can be found at the back and to the right of the property. On the left it is flanked by woodland, to the bottom there is a small stream and on the right, it looks out over neighbouring agricultural land. The land is currently used by the owners as pasture for their sheep, therefore would make the perfect space for anyone considering starting a smallholding or alternatively, would be plenty of room to host a horse or donkey!
