The Entrance
The property is mainly accessed through two large glass doors which flood the front of the barn with natural light at all times of the year.
The entrance of the barn is a huge full-height space, measuring 120m2 and is the area of the home that truly showcases the character and original features of this building.
The current owners use this space as an entrance hall to their family home, however, it could easily be transformed into a dining area for bed and breakfast guests, a summer sitting room, a studio or workspace for those who wish to run a business from home (for example a yoga teacher, dance instructor or artist) or alternatively be used as a grand entertainment space.
From the entrance, you can access bedrooms three, four and five while the rest of the house is accessed by one of two staircases. One staircase leads to the upstairs living spaces while the other takes you down to the master bedroom and bedroom two as well as the boot room and laundry room. This is ideal if running the property as a chambre d'hotes or bed and breakfast as you are able to keep your personal living quarters separate to those of paying guests.
