The Boot Room

The boot room is located at the back of the property and measures 10m2. This is a really useful and functional room which comes into its own during the Autumn and Winter months.

The room itself provides access to the neighbouring laundry room and has a set of glass doors which open onto the garden at the back of the barn and the field beyond. This is perfect during those colder months for muddy boots and paws as well as during balmy summer days for access out to the washing line! There is also a large window which looks out over the back garden and field which provides lots of natural light to the room as well as beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The downstairs guest toilet is also accessed from the hallway, just off from the boot room. Perfect for visiting friends, family or customers (if you are using the barn as a base for business).
